All Day Dining is available starts from 13.00pm until 21:00pm and all food & beverages will be served to your villa. A variety selection of menus is attached in this Directory book. Any Special Dinner can be arranged for a special occasion. Please contact your Butler for assistance.

A complimentary afternoon tea is always available between 15.30 till 17.00 and will be served to your villa. Please contact your Butler for assistance.
FLOATING BREAKFAST SERVICES
Should you like to have a Floating Breakfast or Floating Brunch the cost will be 150.000/net, please contact your butler for arrangement. Additional charge may be applied for those Floating Services
SPA TREATMENT
SPA treatment is available from 09:00 – 21:00 at your own villa privately. For services, please contact your Butler to arrange at earliest 1 hours in advance.
MINIBAR
A private bar is provided in your living room with the price list attached and it will be re-stocked daily. Should you like to request other kinds of beverages, please contact your Butler.
CAR CHARTER & RENTAL VEHICLES
A request of tour arrangement and transfer service to next hotels is always available. Car and Motorbike rental are available on your request. Please contact your Butler for assistances.
ROOM KEYS
Please return your key to the Front Desk upon check out. In case your villa key is missing, an additional of IDR 100.000 will be charged.
CASHIER
Cashier is available at 07.00am till 23.00pm for billing inquiries and settling the payment. Please contact your Butler for any early morning check out to smooth your departure.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are delighted to accept the following payment methods such as Indonesian Rupiah, Credit Card such as, Visa, Master. Union Pay or Virtual Debit Card. We are regretfully unable to accept personal cheques.
HOUSEKEEPING
Room Cleaning is available from 08.00am until latest 16.00pm. Any special arrangement and exception regarding room cleaning please contact to your Butler. Additional extra beds, baby cots, extra pillow, blanket, hangers are available upon request through your Butler.
EXTRABED & BABY COT
In every room can be set one Extra bed or Baby Cots base on the availability. Please contact your Butler for arrangement.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Guests are Highly Recommended to use the safe deposit boxes provided in each villa.
The Management cannot be responsible for any loss of money or valuable belongings that are not secured in the Safe provided. For further information, please contact your Butler.
CHECK OUT TIME
Check out time is 12.00 noon. A request late check-out can be confirmed base on availability. Additional charge may apply if check out after 14.00pm. Please contact your Butler for availability.
LOST AND BREAKAGE
In case Guests has lost any valuable items or belongings, please immediately contact your Butler. For any breakage item found during your stay will be consider as additional charge applied.
SMOKING POLICY
Due to the room is nonsmoking room, please smoking at living area. If any evidence found that smoking occurred inside of bedroom, a fee will be charged for general cleaning.
DURIAN
Durian is not allowed in side of Bedroom due to the strong smell. In case Durians are kept or consumed in the guest villa, the guest is liable of additional charge for general cleaning.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY
A Fire Extinguisher Dry Powder is provided in villa for any emergency. Please call Butler for any emergency.
